La Strada dei Pastelli

2D4D’s first annual La Strada dei Pastelli Chalk Art Festival is a community engagement distinct from all others offered in Oregon’s Washington, Clackamas, or Multnomah Counties. La Strada dei Pastelli is an immersive open-air festival featuring large-scale street painting, live music, hands-on activities, and arts vendors.

Both established and emerging visual artists will work shoulder to shoulder each day using bold, colorful pigments to produce 5’x5’ to 10’x15’ temporary drawings on the asphalt. Simultaneously, local school bands, community choir groups, small Indy bands, and soloists will showcase their harmonic talents both on stage and off. During the Festival there will be two options for kids (and adults if they so choose) to participate – draw their own 2’x2’ masterpiece, or contribute to a master design laid out and facilitated by a local artist.

La Strada dei Pastelli is a FREE community event for all ages!

WHEN: Saturday, August 10 and Sunday, August 11 from 11:00 am-6:00 pm each day

WHERE: Cedar Hills Crossing Shopping Complex, 12770 SW Walker Rd, Beaverton, OR 97005
